Stan Cheslock, Vice President of Operations

Stan has been in the homebuilding industry for over 30 years.  He has directly participated in the land development and/or construction of over 7000 residential units ranging from entry to luxury units and single family to multi-family developments throughout California. Stan was responsible for all aspects of operations with large regional and national builders, including Fieldstone Communities, Centex Homes and Pardee Homes for over 25 years, prior to joining YCH Communities LLC in 2004.  He has been involved in various humanitarian efforts including Habitat for Humanity and Canine Companions for Independence.  Stan is active in and consistently recognized by various building industry associations as one the premier operations executives in the industry. Stan has a degree in Construction Management from San Diego State University.
