Scott Fujihara, Principal

Scott is a principal and CFO of Urban Dynamic, LLC. Scott has over twenty years of financial and accounting experience in the San Jose/San Francisco Bay Area. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and an MBA from San Jose State University. Scott has experience negotiating credit lines as well as building and managing cohesive teams in the areas of Information Technology, Human Resources, Purchasing and Accounting. Scott was a principal and CFO for YCH Communities, LLC from 2001 to 2008 during which period he secured over $400 million in project, structured and corporate financing as annual revenues increased from $17MM to over $100MM. Prior to that, for over 15 years, Scott was Vice President and CFO for Mariani Packing Company, Inc., one of the largest dried fruit and nut production and packaging companies in the world with over $100MM in annual revenues.
