Perry P. Hariri, Principal

Perry Hariri has extensive experience in large scale commercial and residential real estate acquisition, financing, development, entitlements and management. Perry is a principal in Urban Dynamic, LLC which specializes in development and repositioning of commercial, residential, multi-family and mixed-use projects in core infill markets. Prior to forming Urban Dynamic, LLC, Perry was a principal in YCH Communities, LLC which developed large-scale master planned residential and commercial projects throughout California, with annual revenues of over $100MM from 2003 to 2007. Prior to joining YCH Communities, Perry held executive positions at KB Home and Centex Homes/Destination Properties throughout the United States. Perry has leveraged his background as a civil engineer and attorney to develop a comprehensive, analytical and problem solving approach to acquisition, entitlement, development and repositioning of real estate assets. Perry holds a B.S degree in Civil Engineering from U.C.L.A. and a J.D. degree (Cum Laude) from University of San Diego School of Law.
