George A. Arce, Jr., PrincipalGeorge A. Arce, Jr. is president and CEO of Centers Dynamic, Inc. and a principal of Urban Dynamic, LLC. He has more than 20 years experience in retail real estate providing brokerage, leasing, property management, and consulting services to retailers and retail property owners. Arce is responsible for acquisition and repositioning of retail properties for the firm. From 1990 to 1997 Arce was a shopping center investment specialist and was responsible for middle market retail property transactions exceeding $400,000,000 in value. Additionally, Arce has personally overseen the management, re-positioning and development of shopping center portfolios in excess of 1,000,000 square feet. From 2004-2009, Arce has been the development partner and manager for several neighborhood shopping centers in Northern and Southern California totaling approximately $60,000,000 in value. Mr. Arce has a degree in Finance from Golden Gate University and has been an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (www.icsc.org), is a Past President of the Northern California Commercial Association of Realtors (www.nccar.org). |
