Christopher Treble, Finance and Investor Relations

Christopher Treble is a graduate of London University with a degree in Economics and Stanford University where he earned his Master’s in Business Administration (MBA). Christopher offers 35 years of experience in real estate finance and development. Prior to forming YCH Communities LLC in 1995, Christopher founded the Christopher James Investment Company in 1976 and The Gregory Group, Inc. in 1979, which engaged in office, data-center, commercial, multi-family and for-sale residential developments throughout the Bay Area. During his career, Mr. Treble has been involved in the financing, land use entitlement, development, management and disposition of thousands of residential units and tens of thousands of square feet of office and commercial real property in California, including the entitlement and sale of the 5000 unit Windemere master-planned community, one of the largest residential communities of its type in the San Francisco Bay Area in the past 25 years.
